3D Figurines – Final Sale
Since theFigurines are custom-made and crafted specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on figurines.
Exception: If your figurine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
To request a replacement:
- Email us at info@my3dfigurine.com
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Provide your order number
