Is the 3D Scan really free?
Yes! Even if you do not order a 3D model, the scan itself is free. However, a reservation is required and we are unable to provide the scanned file. If needed, the .OBJ file can be purchased separately.
How do I book a scan?
Please visit our book now pageand select date and time slot. After booking, you will receive confirmation email.
Do I need to make appointment to be scanned?
Yes, an appointment is preferred but we welcome walk-ins
How long does the scan session take?
The scanning session itself takes less than 3 seconds to capture your pose. However, the overall appointment should take from 15-20 minutes.
What is the price?
A typical adult 5-inch tall size costs $160. Additional accessories, glasses, golf clubs, etc. will incur additional costs. Couples (15% discount)

What should I wear?
Please avoid wearing anything see through as well as any material that is shiny or reflective
Can I preview the model before making it?
Yes, you can see the result on screen 2-3 minutes after scanning. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can repeat the process up to 3 times.
When can I receive the model after scanning?
It usually takes about 2-3 weeks. We'll contact you via email once the 3D model is ready. You can pick it up in person at the store or have it shipped to you (for an additional shipping fee). If you require faster delivery, an expedited shipping fee will apply.
Can I scan my pet?
Yes! We love scanning pets of all shapes and sizes. Please note that for a successful scan we would require your pet to stand still for 3 seconds. In some cases this may require you to hold your pet.
Is it possible to scan on our events?
Yes! For orders of 12 figurines or more, the location and time will be coordinated via email after the confirmation of your reservation. However, outdoor events are not possible, and the maximum duration for a group of 12 is 2 hours.

Can I see the actual product when I go to the store?
Yes, we have samples in various poses and sizes available for you to take a look.
Do you also make custom display cases and custom figurine stands?
Yes, transparent acrylic cases are available in various sizes. Additional purchases are available. Model stands can be custom-made to your desired size, and you can engrave desired text, dates, names, and more. Prices may vary depending on production requirements.
